Teleporter - Grey building - go straight up to the grey wall, then left to enter the building. Then go all the way right to activate a teleporter.
Teleporter - Green Desert - go up through the grey building to the green desert. Go left, following the lava river and then up, and all the way right across the bridge, to find a teleporter near a cave. The cave is a place to buy silk.
