This is the first SF2 sequel that feels like a new game and not a patched version of the original. It runs on new hardware, and all the graphics is redrawn.
Most importantly, this game added four new characters: Dee Jay, Cammy, T. Hawk, and Fei Long, as well as character color selection. The speed of the game is not super fast like in Hyper Fighting and Super Turbo.
